Today we're launching Valtrics — the product management platform that helps Product Managers quantify product value and prove ROI. After months of alpha and beta testing with product leaders, we're ready for general availability.

KPI Trees​

Build visual hierarchies connecting business goals to measurable KPIs and metrics. Use Goal, KPI, Metric, and Initiative nodes to model how your product drives outcomes. Drag-and-drop editing, health indicators, and a minimap make working with trees intuitive even at scale.

Product Portfolio Management​

Manage your entire product portfolio in one place. Track lifecycle stages (Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decline), assign owners, apply tags, and see portfolio-level health at a glance. Grid and list views with filtering let you find what you need instantly.

Metrics Tracking​

Define metrics with targets, actuals, and time periods. Track performance over monthly, quarterly, and annual windows. Health indicators (on track, at risk, off track) make it easy to spot where attention is needed.

Value Discovery​

Not sure which metrics to track? Our AI-powered Value Discovery feature suggests KPIs based on your product's lifecycle stage and existing metrics. Get gap analysis, metric recommendations, and even auto-generated KPI tree structures.

Team Collaboration​

Invite your team with four roles: Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer. Product access controls let you restrict visibility per member. Invitation management with expiry and resend support.

Bulk Import​

Already have data in spreadsheets? Import products from CSV templates with validation preview and clear error handling.
