What's New in Beta

Enhanced KPI Tree Editor

The KPI tree editor has been significantly improved based on alpha feedback:

• New node types — Goal, KPI, Metric, and Initiative nodes give you more flexibility in modeling how your product drives outcomes
• Drag-and-drop — Rearrange your tree layout by dragging nodes on the canvas
• Metric linking — Connect nodes directly to metrics for live performance data on each node
• Visual health indicators — Nodes show green/yellow/red status based on metric performance

Portfolio Improvements

• Lifecycle stage tracking — See where each product stands at a glance with color-coded stage badges
• Grid and list views — Choose the view that works best for your workflow
• Filtering and search — Find products quickly by name, stage, owner, or tags as your portfolio grows

Bulk Import

Onboarding just got faster:

• CSV templates — Download templates for products, fill in your data, and upload
• Validation preview — Review imported data and catch errors before confirming
• Clear error handling — See exactly which rows need fixing and why

Team Collaboration

• Viewer role — Added a read-only role for stakeholders who need visibility without edit access
• Product access controls — Restrict which products specific members can see and edit

What We Improved

Based on alpha feedback, we also addressed:

• Faster canvas rendering for large KPI trees
• Better form validation with clearer error messages
• Improved invitation flow with resend capability
