Alpha Access: First Look at Valtrics

We're excited to open up alpha access to Valtrics — the product management platform built to help Product Managers quantify product value and prove ROI.

What's Included in Alpha

This initial release includes the core features that form the foundation of Valtrics:

• Product Portfolio Management — Add and manage your products with lifecycle stage tracking, descriptions, and ownership assignment
• KPI Trees — Build visual trees connecting high-level business goals to measurable KPIs using our canvas-based editor
• Metrics Tracking — Define metrics with targets and actuals, and track values over time
• Team Management — Invite team members with role-based access control (Owner, Admin, Member)

Who Is This For?

Alpha access is available to a small group of early adopters — Product Managers, Heads of Product, and product leaders who want to bring structure and measurability to their product decisions.

What We're Looking For

During the alpha phase, we're focused on:

• Validating that the core workflow (products → metrics → KPI trees) feels natural
• Understanding how different team sizes and product types use the platform
• Identifying the most impactful improvements for the beta release
